Registration Procedures
To register for the 28th ISCE Annual Meeting, please select register on-line”. Follow the steps and choose your payment method (Visa, Mastercard or bank transfer). You will receive confirmation of your registration upon receipt of payment.

Hotel: When the registration for the program is made, choose your desire hotel and complete the form according to your requirement.

You will save money if you register and pay the Total Amount Due by

Registration Payment
The preferred method of payment is online by credit card (Visa or Mastercard are accepted). The payment will be charged in Litas. If you prefer to pay by bank transfer, please select your payment choice “bank transfer”. You will receive a reservation number by e-mail. It is essential to include this reservation number as a description on the bank transfer in order to identify your payment.
Please note that all bank charges must be settled by the remitter.

Registration Cancellation/Changes
Notification of cancellation must be sent in writing to the Meeting Secretariat on contact_isce2012@gf.vu.lt

Full refunds, less a 50 EUR administration fee will be granted to cancellations received by June 15, 2012. No refunds will be issued after this date.

Refunds
Refunds will be processed after the conference.

Confirmation of Your Registration
When you register on-line and pay by credit card, you will receive immediate confirmation by e-mail via our server. If payment is made by bank transfer, your registration is not confirmed until payment is received. Once payment is processed a payment confirmation will be e-mailed to the account provided on your registration.

Hotel Booking, Payment and Cancellation
Requests for hotels will be processed on a first come first served basis according to availability. The credit card information you provide upon registration will be used and charged to guarantee your room reservation.
All hotel cancellations must be in writing.

1) Radisson BLU Lietuva – free  of charge before April 20, 2012.
Between April 20  and July 12, 2012 will incur a penalty equal to one night’s accommodation. After July 12,2012  any cancellation  will incur cancellation charges equal to the entire stay.

2) All other hotels – free of charge before June 1, 2012
Cancelling between June 1 and July 12, 2012 will incur a penalty equal to one night’s accommodation. After July 12, 2012 any cancellation  will incur cancellation charges equal to the entire stay.

Receipts
Please print out your receipt and hotel voucher from the confirmation link as this will be your original copy.
